Credit Card Information/Fee Payment
Due to past experiences of new clients verbally securing their first golf coaching session and then failing to show up, we now require credit card information to hold/secure your reservation. If you are securing a golf lesson, your card will not be charged prior to your arrival. If you are securing a golf school, a deposit of 1/2 the total amount of the golf school could be charged to your card based upon the particular items related to your golf school and the confirmation of your golf school reservation. Upon your arrival to your golf lesson or golf school, you'll have the option of paying the associated coaching fees or any remaining balances associated with your reservation by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy and Charge Authorization
To avoid any cancellation fees charged to your card, we ask that you provide at least 72-hours advance notice of any change or cancellation of a golf lesson reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your card for the full amount of the lesson you've scheduled.
Please provide at least 10-days advance notice of any change or cancellation of a golf school reservation. Failure to cancel within the 10-day window will result in a cancellation charge to your card of 1/2 the total amount of your golf school program.
Catastrophic situations that prohibit participation during the scheduled date and/or not allow rescheduling are handled on a case by case basis.
Should you fail to show within 15-minutes of your reservation time/date without notice, a charge for the full amount of your reservation, as agreed upon by phone, email, text, or other communication when making your reservation, will be charged to your card.
By providing your credit card information and checking the box below, you agree to allow Florida Group Ventures CMM,Inc/d.b.a. John Hughes Golf the ability to charge your card for any deposit or cancellation fees required.
